Isola - Maloja
Between Maloja and Sils in the Upper Engadin, in a unique location on Lake Sils, lies the Cà d'Punt in the heart of the idyllic Bregaglia village of Isola.
The Cà d’Punt is a modernly converted half-barn spread across three floors. The holiday apartment consists of two bedrooms with a shower and a separate toilet, an open-plan living and kitchen area with large windows, and a spacious entrance area with a separate storage room and a second toilet. From the original barn structure, the cobblestone paving in front of the entrance, the old stone staircase (outside), two small stable windows, and the wooden beam have been preserved. The combination of Bregaglia tradition with modern standards offers the ideal base for a cosy holiday in the Upper Engadin.

Getting There
- During the off-season, access may be affected depending on snow conditions.
- In winter, Isola is only accessible on foot or, depending on snow conditions, by cross-country skis.
Summer - June to October
- In summer, Isola is accessible by car via the field road from Maloja (Camping)
- Alternatively, the holiday home can be reached on foot from Sils or Maloja.
- During the high season, a boat stops at a jetty very close to Isola
Winter – November to May
- On foot, the apartment can be reached from Maloja and Sils. When the lake is frozen, the holiday home can also be reached from Plan da Lej.
- With cross-country skis, the travel time can be reduced depending on snow conditions.

Isola in Summer
The Isola delta is a natural paradise for nature lovers, those seeking relaxation, hikers, and anglers.
Hiking: Lake circular walk (Grevasalvas), Val Fedoz (wild solitude), Val Fex, Muott’Ota (magnificent views over the lake landscape), glacial mills in Maloja, Lägh da Cavloc (beautiful mountain lake), Forno glacier and SAC Forno hut, Piz La Margna (challenging), Piz and Lej Lunghin. Culture: The elegant village of Sils offers a rich cultural scene, for example at the Open Church Sils, the Chesa Fonio, Hotel Waldhaus, the Biblioteca Engiadinaisa, and the Nietzsche House. In Maloja you’ll find the Segantini Museum and exhibitions at the Belvedere Tower.
Cycling: Isola is located along the Inn Path, with various mountain bike routes in the surrounding area.
Fishing: On Lake Sils (daily permits available in Maloja or online).
Climbing: Various climbing areas in the surrounding area (Maloja, Plan da Lej, etc.)
Surfing: Possible on Lake Sils.
Rainy Day Activities: The neighbouring, unspoilt Bregaglia valley and nearby Chiavenna are popular with hikers, art lovers, and families, and — being at a lower altitude — offer plenty to do even in bad weather.
